Refund & Cancellation Policy

Every new user gets a 15-day free trial with all features, so you can confirm the extension works for your portals and clients before paying. Because of this, a licence (₹299 per year per Google account) is generally not refundable once it has been activated.

• Duplicate payment: you were charged more than once for the same Google account and period.
• Payment taken, licence not activated: money was debited but the licence was not activated within 24 hours, and we cannot activate it after you contact us.
• Failed transaction: the payment failed but money was debited. These are usually reversed automatically by your bank or PhonePe within 5–7 working days; if not, contact us and we will help.

Paid for the wrong Google account? Contact us within 7 days and we will move the licence to the correct account instead.

Email rmk320044@gmail.com within 7 days of the payment with the Google account email, the payment date and amount, and the PhonePe transaction ID. We reply within 2 working days. Approved refunds are made to the original payment method (UPI, card or bank account) within 5–7 working days.

A licence is a one-time payment for 12 months. It never renews automatically, so there is nothing to cancel and you will not be charged again unless you choose to buy a new licence. You can stop using the extension at any time by removing it from Chrome; the unused part of a licence is not refunded.
